EZ Pay/Direct Debit
"EZ Pay" or Direct Debit is a paperless, stress free, simple, safe, and speedy way to pay your monthly water/sewer bill automatically from your bank account. This preauthorized payment option
requires that both the customer and the customer's bank be notified of the billed charges. The bank automatically pays the charges for the customer with the customer's authorization. To establish EZ
Pay, the utility customer must complete and return to City Hall a City of Edna Utility Customer Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Payments. A copy of the Agreement is available online or at City
