City of Edna residents, we wanted to inform you curb sweeping started yesterday. This important maintenance helps keep our streets clean and improves drainage. Please make sure to move any vehicles and trash cans off the street during this time to ensure our crews can do their job effectively.

The city pool equipment issue has been resolved and will be open to the public today.
Due to an equipment malfunction the city pool will not open today to the public. We are working to get this issue resolved as soon as possible and will update the public as soon as we can reopen.
The City of Edna welcomed the help from the Youth Leadership Conference. Their work included painting the crosswalk at the intersection of Allen and Gayle Streets.

POOL DATES:
YMCA ARE EXTENDING THEIR DAYS.
AGUST 4, 2024 WILL BE THE LAST DAY TO REGULAR POOL SCHEDULE. THE MONTH OF AUGUST THE POOL WILL BE OPEN ONLY ON THE WEEKENDS, AND SEPTEMBER 1ST AND 2ND. THE POOL WILL THEN BE CLOSED UNTIL SUMMER OF 2025
THE CITY OF EDNA IS SPRAYING FOR MOSQUITOES. SPRAYING IS DONE DURING THE EARLY MORNING AND EVENING HOURS. HALF THE TOWN IS SPRAYED IN THE MORNING AND THE OTHER HALF IN EVENING.
